The fact that we are a small private yard does have the benefit that all horses get the individual attention that they require and indeed deserve.  Giving every horse that 'personal touch', ensures all requirements are met both day and night, 24/7.   -   No detail is overlooked and all equine needs are catered for.

The yard can offer a limited number of schooling liveries here at 'Chavara'.  All guest horses are treated as our own, and with the couple living on-site , it ensures not only a high level of care, but a safe and secure environment.  Horses are 'turned out', exercised and schooled daily.

A service we can offer is training and producing horses for sale.
Getting a horse looking good and 'going well' with lovely paces  is obviously key to selling your horse.  Here, we aim to do all that, plus supply professional photographs and video for use in advertising, media and promotion. This therefore greatly enhances the prospect of a successful sale in the shortest possible time.

Bringing horses back 'into work' after a lengthy spell of injury with gentle exercise is key in the rehabilitation of any horse, and getting an individual back to peak fitness takes time, patience and understanding. This of course is true of equines that have been out of work for a long period of time, and now  need to be carefully managed back to fitness and condition.

 

Monthly Dressage and Showjumping Clinics are available here at ‘Chavara’.
Top Dressage trainer Alice Peternell will teach individuals for 45 minute lessons, and it has proved highly rewarding and extremely beneficial for many riders here in the south west.
One of showjumping's rising stars, Justin Tuff and the highly rated coach Claire Rushworth both hold showjumping lessons here, and these have proved extremely popular with riders
